Terms of Service

BuildEmail generates responsive, MIME-ready marketing email markup from the descriptions you provide and lets you export it. We build and export emails; we do not send campaigns on your behalf.

Sign-in is passwordless via a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use BuildEmail.

New accounts receive 25 one-time trial credits. Paid plans are Starter ($29/month or $290/year, 100 credits per month), Creator ($59/month or $590/year, 300 credits per month) and Pro ($99/month or $990/year, 750 credits per month); annual plans are billed once a year for the price of ten months and the full twelve-month allowance is granted up front. Building a new email costs 5 credits and each AI refinement costs 1 credit; manual edits, previews and exports are free. are free. Unused monthly credits roll over into the next billing period up to your plan's rollover allowance (Starter 1×, Creator 3× and Pro 3× the monthly allotment); credits above that allowance are cleared at renewal. Add-on credit packs (50 credits for $19, 150 credits for $39, 500 credits for $99) roll over for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, after which any unused add-on credits expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if something goes wrong on our side, contact support@buildemail.online and we will make it right.

You retain ownership of the descriptions, brand assets and text you supply, and you own the email markup generated for you — use it commercially without further permission from us. You grant us the limited right to process and store that content solely to operate the service. Stock imagery inserted through the builder remains subject to its provider's license.

You may not use BuildEmail to create or distribute spam, phishing, malware, deceptive sender or subject information, adult content involving minors, hate speech, or anything that violates applicable law. You are responsible for complying with email regulations that apply to your sending, including CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR — that includes obtaining consent, honoring unsubscribes and including a valid postal address in your campaigns.

Emails are produced by an automated system. We target current best practices for compatibility and accessibility, but output can contain errors. Always review and test before sending to your list.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, plans or pricing with reasonable notice for existing subscribers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users. You may stop using BuildEmail and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from campaigns.
